With strong growth plans across Southeast Asia, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our expanding regional team. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this is an exciting opportunity to make high impact contributions in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic energy markets.
Overview
Reporting to the Headquarters in Singapore, you will be responsible for business development activities across Vietnam and from time to time, involved in supporting activities in other countries in the Southeast Asia region. This role is a full-time position.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing and developing new investment opportunities, including but not limited to solar rooftop, solar farm, direct Power Purchase Agreement (dPPA), battery energy storage system (BESS), M&A projects, and other business in Entoria Energy.

Responsibilities
Commercial Development & Deal Origination
Generate qualified leads and build a robust project pipeline aligned with business objectives.
Develop and manage customer and partner relationships across industrial and commercial sectors.
Drive partnership development from initial engagement through to contracted projects.
Prepare and deliver proposals, commercial offers, and bid submissions.
Lead and support negotiations and deal closure with clients and partners.
Lead negotiations and contract signature with clients.
Provide customer service to clients as required.*
Market Expansion & Brand Positioning
Represent Entoria Energy at industry events, client meetings, and networking engagements.
Develop a strong, trusted presence for Entoria in Vietnam’s business and energy ecosystem.
Monitor energy market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to inform strategy.
Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams on feasibility, due diligence, and approvals.
Support key development activities including licensing, permitting, and local administrative processes.
Forecast pipeline progress, track performance metrics, and report regularly to management.
Provide strong account management and ongoing customer service post-contract.
Lead structured weekly pipeline and project review sessions to ensure timely progress, risk visibility, and issue resolution.
**Entoria aims to foster a lean and agile organization through collaborative practices. Team members may from time-to-time be involved in supporting workstreams outside of their usual scope of work.
Job requirements
Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
5–7+ years of B2B business development, sales, or deal origination experience.
Strong understanding of the commercial landscape and business culture in Vietnam.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
Preferred Experience
Experience in power, infrastructure, or renewable energy is highly preferred.
Knowledge of solar market models and PPAs is an advantage.
