With rapid expansion plans throughout Southeast Asia, Entoria is looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to join our growing Business Development Team. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, this role is an exciting opportunity for you to make high-impact contributions to the business of an established renewable energy company.
Overview
Reporting to the Headquarters in Singapore, you will be responsible for business development activities across Thailand and from time to time, involved in supporting activities in other countries in the Southeast Asia region. You will be mentored by a senior member of the local team in Thailand. This role is a full-time position.
Job description
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities
Generate leads and build project pipelines through networking, prospecting and cultivating relationships with clients
Support studies on markets and client segments, contribute to market strategies, and identify new opportunities
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth potential.
Build and manage strong client and partner relationships (EGAT, MEA, PEA).
Prepare commercial proposals to clients
Lead negotiations and contract signature with clients
Support proposal and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead and mentor BD team members for performance and alignment.
Forecast pipeline conversion and report on project development activities on regular basis
Provide customer service to clients as required**
**Entoria aims to foster a lean and agile organization through collaborative practices. Team members may from time-to-time be involved in supporting workstreams outside of their usual scope of work.
Job requirements
Profile
University Graduate with degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, or Business
Analytical and organized with the high degree of commercial acumen
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sale of technical solutions/financial products, B2B sales, or deal origination
Knowledge of the business landscape and culture in Thailand
Confident communicator in English and Thai
Ability to deliver under pressure while supporting peers in a collaborative environment
Willingness to learn about the solar and renewable energy industry
Willingness to travel frequently across the country and across Southeast Asia
Experience in Power, Infrastructure, or Renewables is a plus
Understanding of Power Purchase Agreements is an advantage
